Merchandise Purchasing:
Merchandise
remains property of (MingWireless) Until fully paid. A 25% restocking fee
will be charged or retained on retaining merchandise with a prior return
authorization. All purchases can have no refund, only exchange except for
cellular phones. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the
purchase date in original packaging, accessories and supporting documentation
intact. For CELLULAR PHONE 20% at the retail price for 5 minutes usage or
35% at the retail price for over 5 minutes usage will be charged.
Activation
Service:
I (my
company), must subscribe to Rogers AT&T on the airtime package indicated
above for a minimum period of twelve (12) complete months from date activation.
As noted above the cellular number(s) will stay attached to the Serial
indicated. Should my (our) cellular service(s) be changed or terminated
for any reason whatever (e.g.) terminated by myself, by appointed
individual. I (my company) agree to pay a penalty of two hundred dollars
($200.00) plus taxes, to (MingWireless) . Within (30) days of my
(our)cancellation (package) Serial change date, failing which I authorize CDS
Cellular Development Service LTD. to charge to the credit card number noted on
this document for this amount. If the credit card is declined or
cancelled, I (the company for which I have represented) will pass title of the
above hardware to (MingWireless) Without a refund or exchange!
Repair
Service:
* When the phone is
opened, (MingWireless) is not responsible for the warranty from the
manufacturer.
* (MingWireless) guarantees
only that the parts installed by us will perform satisfactorily under conditions
of normal usage for a period of ninety days after date of repair. (MingWireless)
does not guarantee with respect to any other parts. If repairs later
become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged
separately.
* (MingWireless) does not
guarantee for liquid damaged repair.
* If the customer
leaves her/his phone at (MingWireless) for repairing over 60 days without
notice, the customer will not be able to claim for it.
